Welcome to the EMPC website. In order to utilize all of the features of the site please take a moment to register.

Registration is free and once you have registered for the site you will see additional buttons along the top bar menu. These buttons were on the old site so if you haven't found what you are looking for you may need to register. Registration will allow us to provide you with alerts when the site has been updated.

4/1/2024: 2024 EMPC Approved Mix Designs published.

2/8/2024: 2024 Mix Design Submittal Form published.

12/28/2023: 2024 Material Submittal Forms published.

Refer to Submittal Procedure for additional details.

October 1st - New sampling and testing may begin for aggregate suppliers.

Mid-September - Specification changes for the next EMPC year are approved at the EMPC Board Meeting.

Late September to Early October - New specification for the next EMPC year is published on the website.

Early January - New Material Submittal Forms published on the website.

Late January - New Mix Design Submittal Form published on the website (dependent on material submittals).

March 1st - Deadline to submit mix designs for a lower review fee.

April 1st - New EMPC year begins - Old mix designs are removed from the website and are no longer valid. New mix designs are published for use.
